Children of Morta on PC: Solo or Co-op, and Which Key?

Quick answer

Children of Morta supports solo play, online co-op and local shared-screen co-op on Steam. Its family-based story and changing playable heroes make it a different proposition from an endless loot grinder. The GAMIVO offer linked here is a PC Steam key for the base game; check seller and region terms before buying.

What kind of action RPG is it?

Children of Morta follows the Bergson family as its members confront the Corruption. Steam presents it as a story-driven action RPG, so the family and their different play styles are central to the appeal. A buyer seeking a shared story with action combat has a clearer reason to choose it than someone who only wants an open-ended item grind.

This guide is based on published game and offer information, not our own playthrough. It does not assign a difficulty score or promise a completion time: both depend on how you play and whether you use co-op.

Can two people play together?

Yes. Steam lists online co-op and shared/split-screen co-op, along with Remote Play Together. That is more flexible than a game that supports only couch play, but these labels do not by themselves guarantee frictionless matchmaking or identical behavior across every platform. Decide first whether you plan to sit at one PC or connect from separate machines, then confirm that mode on your intended store and setup.

The solo option is also listed. You do not need to buy a separate co-op-only edition to access the published Steam base-game modes. If you are buying keys for two people on separate accounts, check the licensing and gifting terms rather than assuming one key covers both accounts.

PC requirements and the exact offer

Steam's published minimum lists a 2.8 GHz dual-core CPU, 4 GB RAM, a GTX 660 or Radeon R7 370-class graphics card with 2 GB video memory, DirectX 11 and 2 GB free storage. These are store requirements, not our measured frame rates. Its historical Windows 7 game listing must be considered alongside current Steam-client support.

Check account country eligibility, seller, activation steps and final checkout total before paying. Do not substitute an unrelated DLC, soundtrack or console listing because the title looks similar.
