Elite Dangerous Commander Deluxe PC Key: Is Odyssey Included?

Quick answer

GAMIVO says its Commander Deluxe PC Steam key includes Elite Dangerous, the Commander Pack and the Horizons Season Pass, with the latter two requiring in-game activation. It does not list Odyssey. Do not buy this key expecting the Odyssey DLC merely because another Elite Dangerous edition includes it.

What does Commander Deluxe actually contain?

The merchant's edition comparison lists three elements for this exact product: the Elite Dangerous base game, the Commander Pack and the Horizons Season Pass. It also says that the latter two need in-game activation. That makes it a full-game offer, not merely an upgrade for someone who already owns the base game.

The same comparison places Odyssey in other editions, not in Commander Deluxe. Edition labels are easy to confuse here: Commander Deluxe is not the same as Deluxe or Commander Premium. If Odyssey is your reason to buy, this linked key does not establish that entitlement; find an exact Odyssey-inclusive listing instead.

Is the base game the right fit?

Steam describes Elite Dangerous as a connected space game about choosing between combat, mining, trade and exploration. Its listing includes solo and multiplayer features, and the merchant notes that a free Frontier account is required. That is useful context for a new pilot, but it does not tell you that a particular event from NitroKenan's channel footage is everyday early-game play.

Our existing Elite Dangerous page discusses the channel's Titan Cocijo event. Treat that as event-specific footage, not a demonstration of a typical first session. This guide is an edition and setup check based on published sources; we did not test this key or its in-game activation ourselves.

Checks before buying the key

Confirm the exact Commander Deluxe title, your Steam account's country eligibility, the Frontier account step, how the Commander Pack and Horizons content activate, seller terms and final checkout total. The merchant's Global label is not a universal redemption guarantee. If you already own the base game, make sure buying another bundled license is the right way to obtain the extras you want.
