The Job Log

The Job Log - $24.95 The Job Log is used by Customer Support departments to record and track calls to the help desk. Reports show both open and closed tickets with a knowledge base of resolutions that shows resolutions of previously closed tickets. Unlimited records allow recording of all support calls for years to some.
