A Geek Squad Agent will determine why your computer is acting up and root out the problem through a series of system checks and diagnostics. Once the riddle is solved, the Agent will advise you on the best course of action to get your computer back in shape. A Geek Squad Agent will: Troubleshoot one computer using approved tools Test all software and hardware installed on the device for proper functionality Provide you with an estimated cost for repair(s) or upgrade(s) needed to provide a complete solution Note: Repair service is not included.
